7TH, 8TH AND 9TH COMBINED CONVOCATION CEREMONY OF ADESEUN OGUNDOYIN POLYTECHNIC, ERUWA<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

This is to inform all the 2021\/2022, 2022\/2023 and 2023\/2024<\/strong> graduands of the Adeseun Ogundoyin Polytechnic, Eruwa that the 7th, 8th and 9th Combined Convocation Ceremony<\/strong> for the award of National Diplomas (ND) and Higher National Diplomas (HND) and presentation of prizes will hold on Friday, 29th August, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>

All Guests are expected to be seated by 9.00 a.m.<\/p>

BRIEF FOR GRADUANDS <\/u><\/strong><\/p>

  1. Graduands are expected to come with their relatives.<\/li>
  2. All prospective graduands are expected to pay the following Charges:
    • N<\/s><\/strong>35,000.00 (Thirty-Five Thousand Naira)<\/strong> only for Certificate;<\/li>
    • N<\/s><\/strong>12,500 (Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Naira)<\/strong> only for the following items, irrespective of whether or not they attend the Convocation Ceremony:
      1. Hiring of Academic Gown;<\/li>
      2. Convocation Brochure; e.t.c.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol>

        \u00a0<\/p>

        1. Graduands are expected to attend a Rehearsal of the Academic Procession<\/strong> which will hold at 2.30 pm<\/strong> on Thursday, 28th August, 2025<\/strong> at the Mini Sports Field<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/li>
        2. It is compulsory for all graduands who will attend the Convocation Ceremony to participate in the Academic Procession and wear the approved academic gown. Any graduand without academic gown will not be allowed entry into the Convocation Arena.<\/li>
        3. Graduands are expected to be formally dressed in full English wear (i.e. Suit, Shirt and tie for men and Skirt suit \/Skirt and blouse or gown for ladies) or full national dress.<\/li>
        4. Graduands are expected to be on the Campus by 8.00 a.m. on Friday, 29th August, 2025 for the Procession which will start from the Central Administration Building at 9.00am prompt.\u00a0 Any graduand who comes late will not be allowed to enter the Convocation Arena.<\/li>
        5. All hired gowns should be returned by the graduands to their respective Faculty Officers not later than Friday 5th September, 2025<\/strong>. Gowns returned after that date will attract a fine of One Thousand<\/strong> naira (N1,000.00)<\/strong> only per day.<\/li>
        6. Graduands should visit the Polytechnic\u2019s website for details of mode of payment of Convocation charges.<\/li><\/ol>
